Michael S. Nicklaus

Michael Nicklaus is a founding member of Old Harbour Partners.  He brings more than 25 years comprehensive regional real estate relationships, experience, management, and ownership. Based out of the companies Atlanta, Ga. office, Nicklaus works with lenders, private capital groups, sponsors, and family offices. Michael currently is actively engaged in numerous commitments throughout the southeast.

In addition to Old Harbour Partners, Michael has owned and operated North Palm Beach-based NV Realty Group for more than 20 years alongside partner Todd Vance. Together, they cultivated a thriving real estate business designed to meet the constantly changing challenges of the luxury home market. Today, the business has grown to include 180 agents operating in Florida and South Carolina.

Michael received a scholarship to play on the golf team at Georgia Tech. After earning a degree in civil engineering, he immediately entered the professional circuit and participated in a number of mini tours, including the Golden Bear Tour and South Florida Tour. He is licensed real estate broker in Georgia, and Florida. Memberships include Urban Land Institute, ICSC, NAIOP, FL CCIM Chapter, and FSU Real Estate Society.

Dedicated to serving the local community, Michael supports many organizations including the Nicklaus Children’s Health Foundation, Juvenile Diabetes Association, Chiari & Syringomyelia Foundation, Els for Autism, MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital, and Spinal Muscular Atrophy(SMA).

Michael is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife Traci are proud parents to Michael, Vance, Frankie, Gray, and Finnie.
