Stephen B. Pharr

As a founding member of Old Harbour Partners, Stephen Pharr draws on 30 year’s stewardship within family office, commercial real estate, operations, and entrepreneurship.  He manages all OHP Sponsor’s, Private Capital, and Co-Investment LP-GP relationships. The Pharr Family has been involved in commercial real estate for more than 100years.

Prior to OHP, Stephen oversaw corporate accounts, site selection, and brokerage as Managing Director at Merrifield Patrick Vermillion, a regional full-service commercial real estate group. Before MPV, he was Partner at Collett, a full-service national development firm. There, he spearheaded the company’s expansion into the Southeast and Southwest with the opening of their Greenville (SC) and Dallas offices. Bolstering Collett’s investment platforms.

Pharr learned how to operate businesses by owning and operating Fast Food Franchises in his early twenties.

Stephen is a native of Charlotte, NC. He received a BS in Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology, with a minor in Economics. He is a two-time captain and member of the 1990 National Championship Football team a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida, Georgia, and North & South Carolina. Stephen is also a member of the Urban Land Institute, ICSC, NAIOP and a past Board Member of the Lupus Foundation of America.

Stephen is married to Courtney. They have two college-aged daughters, Grace and Sophie. He enjoys reading, working out, mentoring, volunteering, and spending time with friends and family. If Pharr wasn’t working in real estate, he may have been a “coach and teacher” instead.
