William C. Jenkins is a commercial real estate analyst with Old Harbour Partners. Drawing on an extensive background in single family rentals, he has played a role in numerous large build to rent projects across the Sunbelt. At OHP, his focus is servicing our network of high net wealth individuals & family offices, coordinating with joint venture partners and Private Capital. He currently is underwriting Retail, Multifamily, and Industrial pursuits within the Southeast on behalf of Old Harbour Partners, and its Sponsors.
Prior to joining OHP, William was an analyst with Amherst Holdings, a build to rent acquisition and development firm based in Austin, TX. During his time at Amherst, he underwrote and located investment opportunities and accurately predicted exit values for new build communities. William’s main region of focus was Florida which has had one of the best single family rental markets to date. Before Amherst, William was a credit analyst with Frost Bank in Houston, TX. At Frost, William helped underwrite loan proposals for metro clients focused on energy and real estate. This experience has given William the proper tools to analyze deals from a debt perspective as well as equity.
William was born in Covington Louisiana and has spent time in Houston as well as New Orleans where his family likes to call home. William currently lives in Atlanta with his wife, Larkin Stroud Jenkins, in Peachtree Hills. He received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Louisiana State University and is currently pursuing a Masters in Commercial Real Estate from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State. William is soon to be a member of the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, ICSC and GA CCIM Chapter. William is pursuing a real estate license in Georgia and enjoys golf, tennis, traveling, and spending time with family & friends.
