The group harnesses its vast proficiency and relationships from past deals to partner with best-in-class commercial real estate Sponsors enabling Co-GP, LP-GP, Sidecar engagement to its private capital investors. This process leverages intense underwriting, development, and management from existing platforms to alleviate risk & secure the opportunity. OHP is nimble, every deal stands on its own.
